I see what they said, I just don't understand how they expect to hit a dollar with 17 billion shares outstanding. They're saying the market cap for their company is going to be $17 billion dollars?

Obviously they are doing something and this is an interesting one but MAN they really ruined their SS.

I've seen big floats run before but this is a beast. I also see they said no R/S, which they can't do now anyway since they aren't current, but I wouldn't count on no R/S
