SEC C/T Order out now. I'd be careful.
Not only have I ridden many BK's over the years, and 99% of them are bad for any shareholder, but now seeing this by Lampert as if to not have transparency to certain facts publicly now ONLY concerns me further to bad/illicit things this Wall Street Insider may be doing and everyone out there needs to be aware of this.
I have NEVER seen such an order come about in any BK I have been involved in from United Airlines years ago to CIT Group to GM, etc etc etc..
