19M shares at $0.23. Only a $4.3M offering and it looks like this is only done to satisfy the listing requirements of NASDAQ, more specifically 5550(b) as we both said. If this offering is successful, they may ask for a 180 extension on 5550(a) -$1 stock price- but I think immediate R/S is more likely at this point.
$0.23 is higher than what I was expecting to see, so let's see how the market reacts today.
