Kevin B. Williams is the Owner of 3 private businesses: Bridge Resources Inc., Crosslands Energy Inc. and NetVoiceTelecom

This is a snapshot of his background before becoming the CEO of $UITA it doesn't look to have been updated with the current info about $UITA:

As you can see he's also a Director at Wellspring Aerospace International Inc.

Guess who else is a Director there?

Is it no coincidence that recently Wallace Giakas was appointed the CEO of the company before the prior CEO took back the helm 6 days later and that Wallace and Boland both work at Diligent Aircraft Corporation and Boland also works at the same company that Kevin is also a Director of?

The clues are too hard to ignore. I think we found our merging company. The site says down for maintenance but when you look at a google search there seems to be some serious stuff. This is what comes up:

Specifications - Diligent Aircraft Corporation
www.diligentaircraft.com/specifications.html
Exterior Dimensions:

Overall Length - 113 ft.
Wingspan - 103 ft.
Height - 30 ft.
Fuselage Width - 10.5 ft.

CA6 - the Ultimate Air Cargo Machine

As can be seen by the Wiki page for $UITA that was last updated in 2014 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilicraft_Aerospace_Industries it is the process of seeking mergers and acquisitions, the reinstatement, filings and new officers and the old CEO taking back his company after a lengthy court battle with previous shell hijackers could it all mean its finally time to merge in a successful Aircraft corporation? wink

Also of note. We must not forget he also owns 3 private companies, what's stopping him from merging one of those to go public as well smile
