jcg0176. I'm not sure if you had a chance to listen to the Conference Call on Oct 10TH? Chaz Fritz was on a Speaker phone with David Dodge when he addressed this issue of the money due to the Subs. There weren't any specifics disclosed, but my take on his comments was that there may be some restructuring. I do remember specifically that Chaz said he was "Very Pleased with the Progress addressing this issue"

Remember these subs are not outside Vendors looking to be paid. There part of the family.
