Bungie really slung some heavy mud as a non lawyer i must say the brief was scary and looked convincing. but law is law and if the facts were not actually addressed and proven with evidence to back it up its just hot air! Hopefully will be an eye roll from the judges.. CAFC had enough to see and believe it was more than a "Fishing expo" and that has me hopeful that ptab has already decided going into this that CAFC pretty much gave them the look and said..."fix this!" And thats how it will go down.

Even though they sited some cases the proof portion makes me laugh a little... like them saying yes they had a board seat but the guy was just there for pr and to take notes and serve donuts and had no say! I swear! He was just a friend! Never had any vote! Like catching a those predators on tv that bring beer and condoms then tell the cops they just wanted to come over to watch the game lol! BUSTED


Question COULD bungie appeal to CAFC if they lose? Just to tack on time and aggravation
