you are probably right. he shouldn't be able to get one, but so far he shouldn't have been able to get 10million bux in dilutable shares either. in OTC its the wild west.

also an RS prior to the name change would prove his duplicity and fiduciary malfeasance and earn the disgust and rage of all investors.

However, diligent peeps will find the process in the works prior to him being able to announce it or stealth it...and since I tanked up on 2s and 3s....the only saving grace is as it bounces from 1/2 to 2/3 I can sell with only the loss of 5 to 10 dollars a trade.

most of the longs would probably do similar.

and then Ballas will have nobody else to play with.
