Simon Littlewood
Independent Director
Mr. Simon Littlewood is one of our
Independent Directors and was appointed
to the Board on 15 January 2007. He has
more than 18 years of experience working
on quoted company transactions and fund
raisings in the United Kingdom, Europe,
North America, the Middle East and South
East Asia. After qualifying as a Chartered
Account with Coopers & Lybrand London
(now PWC) in 1993, Mr. Littlewood joined
the HSBC Group in London, working
on structured and corporate finance
transactions.
Following a brief spell with BDO Stoy
Hayward’s Corporate Finance team, he
set up an international merchant banking
business. He is Executive Director of UK
AIM stock market listed China Growth
Opportunities Ltd, a significant shareholder
in Asia Water Technology Ltd. He is based in
Hong Kong.
Mr. Littlewood graduated from Oxford
University with a Master of Arts in
Jurisprudence.
