Are you still here? I still check in here at IHUB from time to time. Glad to see you are still around. This company had some promise but really went to the dogs.

It is my understanding if a company sells the shell the current shareholders get kicked to the curb. I don't want to get kicked to the curb. Do you know what normally happens?

Do you have a buyer for the company? 63m shares is a nice share count. I would think a buyer would have to invest at least 300k just for the shell? If buyer would leave current shareholders alone and stay for the ride I am all in.
