Duh .. considering the date when NCM Biotech reverse merged into Kaly. That doesn't take a brain cell to figure this out or the next sentence you have provided from the CEO.


The new business information will be a topic of future filings with OTCMarkets
Again, that was the purpose of the Goldman report to provide the snapshot of the new direction Kaly was working towards for investors and the OTC Market.
Also , of course the new business would be the subject of future filings... considering they are to be filed in the future.
Pretty futile spin attempt...
