Calm down. I said I only read a few.

"Knowledgeable people" will attest to Paper 88 citing Termination order. They will also see inconsistencies cited in cases pertaining to "issue preclusion" (also known as collateral estoppel) which is relevant to this case, if you remember. I asked people here (most who already spiked the ball) what a CE would mean in this case. Most responded in a similar manner to you.

It's better to educate yourself prior to academical challenge. FYI

P.S. WDDD's failure to identify related party, doesn't bode well either.
