Will Amazon/Sears Business Plan Include Potential Equity Infusion?

• I believe once Eddie Lambert gets control of Sears, the bankruptcy is either canceled or SHLDQ exits the bankruptcy court expeditiously

• Then the “Q” will be dropped shortly thereafter and then they MAY announce a huge and enhanced partnership with Amazon with a potential Preferred Equity Infusion

• This has all been planned for quite a while with SHLDQ and Amazon’s partnership that started in the year 2018 so once the bankruptcy is canceled or exited expanding Amazon partnership only makes good business sense

• However, Eddie Lambert had to get Sears through the so-called car wash (Bankruptcy Court) to rinse off but keep most components such as common (100 million plus outstanding) and authorized stock (500 million) intact with a 126-year-old plus name of Sears

• The reason the share structure MUST stay intact is due to the (NOLs) Net Operating Losses and various other tax attributes which will make SHLDQ have a 15 to 30 percent advantage over competitors and may have made the ultimate difference in liquidation or staying intact as SHLDQ - DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the value of various tax attributes

• One cannot just go out and buy brand recognition in a 126-year-old company like Sears BUT one can clean up and enhance the name

• Amazon needs some “brick and mortar” stores as they proceed to control the retail market in the United States so the SHLDQ partnership only makes sense

• Now I do NOT believe coincidences just happen in business, BUT they are MADE to happen so if the aforementioned is accurate, can you imagine the price of SHLDQ in a year or two
