Difference between authorized and outstanding. Authorized stock is the maximum number of shares that a corporation is legally permitted to issue, as specified in its articles of incorporation. ... Authorized shares should not be confused with outstanding shares, which are the number of shares the corporation has actually issued that are held by the public.
Just because they issue A/S.. it doesn't mean they are going to dilute the O/S. 4 Less/md has clearly stated that sole purpose to prevent takover while uplisting. Not to dilute as u imply!!!
