For many years, Go Noi people have a heart, a blood sacrifice to protect, build and develop their homeland. However, few people know that the land and people here also face many difficulties, especially for transportation. From Highway 1, only the unique asphalt road extends to Dien Quang commune. People want to go through Dai Loc district to go on a very dangerous boat. Every time the rain and flood, the water overflows the road, the Go Noi area is isolated due to the surrounding water, there is no way out.

In order to help people with difficulties, in recent years, local authorities have made great efforts to develop many economic and tourist projects in Go Noi area. In May 2016, there were 12 farmers in Thanh My village and Ben Den Tay village (Dien Quang commune) selected by Dien Quang Agricultural Cooperative to pilot the project of restoring the mulberry growing area (5 sao per household) land). The project is implemented by Dien Quang Agricultural Cooperative in collaboration with Hoi An Silk JSC.

According to Mr. Cao Van Khanh (Ben Den Tay village), this is a project that the local people expect because it not only opens new directions, creates livelihoods and income for the people but also turns the dreams of the households Go Noi land became a reality.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Play, Head of Economic Department of Dien Ban town, said that the project will be implemented to make Go Noi area become one of the provinces with the biggest mulberry growing area of ??the province, to realize the dream of recovery. Mulberry farming and silkworm rearing, silk weaving, which once existed here.

Currently Dien Ban town has developed a scheme to plan raw material areas along Thu Bon river (including 3 communes in Go Noi area and 3 communes of Dien Hong, Dien Tho and Dien Phuoc, an area of ??about 500 ha), which has been piloted. 3ha spot in Thanh My village, Dien Quang commune.
