Sadly you and BK are forgetting that the term sheet (now dead snd buried) was the culmination of the advanced discussions propagated in the January 2018 PR. So now ipix is taking shareholders on a new round of advanced discussions. That will result in, at most, a buy out of 10 million or an upfront payment of 1 million.
