lol. I been telling what's going on here for long time. going eu gmp is very expensive and time consuming. The only one putting up money is merida as they gradually become majority shareholder takeover by way of cheap and free warrants while hiding their plan from shareholders as long as possible imo. this is normal for goldman sachs types.
