I would not be adverse for waiting to March or April for merger news. Yes sooner the better but the way Dirv releases the news will be crucial to its rise. I feel we are in for a barn burner (assuming merger) there is just too much of a need for Security of the Electronic type in Schools and Colleges, Hospitals, movie theatres, Churches and the list goes on. Mergers take time and due diligence is a lot of work. Are the books legit, any lawsuits or potential lawsuits. If everything is okay a definite winner. Plus need for venture Capital. All must be okay.
