Potential $TNRG Merger DD:

Just my own opinion of course, but it appears CEO Santilli (former lead scientist and MagneGas) is serious about a merger with the intent of uplisting to NASDAQ, as he said in a recent interview. TNRG seems, indisputably IMO, to be MM Group's public company listing #T000136 – see all the exact matches below. MM Group reverse merger plays have been on fire lately as you may know.







Very low float around 54M judging from recently updated unrestricted shares (see OTC Markets). AS 900M., OS 108M, Restricted 53M, Unrestricted 54M. CEO owns 25M shares, or almost 25% of the OS, so he'd be expected to act in the interest of shareholder value in any merger. He also recently took a business loss on $250K of notes owed to him, reducing company's liabilities by 45% in doing so. CEO seems to be cleaning up the books and making an effort to make TNRG an appealing merger candidate IMO.

The stock recently spiked from around .005 to .03, and that spike didn't correspond to any of the following PRs. Personally, I suspect someone else located the MMG listing and their group front-loaded, though of course that's just an educated guess. Lots of accumulation today already - guessing the same thing is going on.

52-week high is .1298, or around 1000% up from current levels.
