Wee Willie has not bought anything yet. He supposedly signed an agreement to acquire which is a typical Stinky Pinky tactic to sell stock. One should wonder how much the agreement will cost because nothing has been released on the cost. Telco is a publicly traded company and would need to release that information at some point. Whenever a Stinky Pinky states they signed an agreement to acquire something and no associated costs are released it usually means it is a scam.
