They exist in the planning, permitting, government licensing, proposal and required commision proposal approval(s) phase, before any construction can legally begin. GIFA Airways, as part of GIFA Tourism, is already a functioning business unit, with plans and submitted proposals to grow the operational airline portion - including proposals to re-open the former north island main airport based in Nicosia.
