My understanding is Marshal Faulk agreed to allow RJ Daily to purchase the note for $150,000 and 2,000,000 shares of restricted stock. How would this be considered cooking the books? By what I am reading in the 8k below, it appears Mr. Faulk filed (or was in the process) a lawsuit against IMUN. Am I missing something?
