Public float is 2,914,129 shares
Have been told that 2.7 million of those shares are held by company "friendlies".
Estimated actual available float is 200,000 shares.
I believe it. It is very hard to buy shares in FRVT. You usually have to offer more than the ask to get filled. There just aren't any shares available. Each buy seems to send the stock up 5 cents
FRVT is like a new version of CMGI. They own a majority interest in a number of companies. One of the companies just announced the lauch of a patented encryptable email technology for blackberries. Could a deal with Reasearch in Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) be in the works?
Rumor has it that FRVC will be listing on a larger exchange within a few months.
