The JV agreement is expected to be finalized in two months

This is from the november (2th) PR.

IPackets' President and CEO, Mr. Naiel Kanno, commented: "The progress being made for the iPackets JV in China is on schedule and will continue to move forward as fast as possible to meet the demands in the Chinese mining industry."

So we can say within this month "november" we can get some very good news outa CHINA.
If clyp stays away we can see some nice things the coming weeks.
