They 100% DO EXIST as any major real estate development project does in the planning and permitting and environmental impact and govt licensing and approval stages does....PERIOD...END OF STORY....

NOWHERE...NOWHERE...NOWHERE...has GIFA Inc (GIFX) or their subsidiary GIFA Holdings....EVER...EVER...EVER said these are "COMPLETED and OPERATIONAL PROJECTS".....not true.....FALSE....

GIFX has stated in PLAIN, CRYSTAL CLEAR ENGLISH these are DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS for which they have now submitted DESIGN PLANS and PLANNING COMMISSION PROPOSALS just as ANY REAL ESTATE COMPANY ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATED WOULD DO and would be REQUIRED BY LAW to do......

Further...GIFA has stated they have ENGAGED AN ARCHITECTURAL FIRM to create initial concept designs for the planned CASINO....EXACTLY as any professional major real estate development firm would do...

AND....and then GIFX must submit those plans to numerous govt planning and zoning commission agencies etc as does ANY COMPANY IN THE U.S. or other developed country must to.....

ANY STATEMENTS TO THE CONTRARY ARE PURE STOCK BULLSHIT and have no basis in fact or factual due diligence or a SINGLE VERIFIABLE and CREDIBLE SOURCE such as a link to a news organization or similar to back-up the FALSE NARRATIVES BEING PROPAGATED as attempts to discredit this 100% legit company and it's SUBSIDIARIES of which there are many....

CASINOS are an ENORMOUS business on the north island...TRNC...and GIFA has indicated they are entering that business space as a "major players" as they are "tourism" the 2nd biggest business segment on the island- and NO DOCUMENTED PROOF EXISTS ANYWHERE to disprove their claims as being 100% LEGIT....


PROVE ANYTHING ABOUT GIFA PLANS TO BUILD A CASINO AS FALSE- meaning show a planning commission rejection of their proposal or ANY OTHER fact based documents....else....ALL STOCK BULLSHIT...
