Be delusional. I’ve been around here since before they announced the acquisition. Held during the Q3 earnings report. Held through the multiple attempts of getting pink complaint. This management does not know how to be timely.

Every day that goes by people begin to suspect that the deal they had in place has begun to unravel or the worst case scenario- they’ll dilute/RS as soon as it’s complete.
