It is plausible that the RM with Murida's aka Rotman's is done to bring credibility to VYST, and with that get uplisted to Nasdaq.

Why is the uplift to Nasdaq important?

1. They can easily raise capital for their latex products, allowing them to bring them to market.

2. Nasdaq brings a whole new type of investor to the table.

This will be the largest OTC winner in 2019, IMHO.
