I sent him an e-mail as well, not as eloquent but still...

Hi Sandy,
My name is Paul and I have been a shareholder of BKMP for almost 1 yr now. I have scoured many of the pink sheet stocks looking for the next big thing and hopefully I have found it with TFN via BKMP. Many things attracted me to TFN including the fact that Mike Garrow is a fellow Canadian (I live in Mississauga) and TFN fills a gap missing in the cable line-up which I believe is greatly needed! I have been watching how aggressively you all are promoting TFN and I have been following the achievements of both you and Mike and slowly accumulating shares of BKMP in the process. As a result I have become a relatively large shareholder and am surprised that I can still buy more shares at the low level it is currently at. I understand investing in stocks is always risky and have taken that into account but I believe I will do well with BKMP. I have a few questions that I have tried to get answered on various investment discussion boards but to no avail. I was hoping you could clear up these things for me. Thanks in advance for anything you can provide me to help me better understand your company.
I understand that BKMP has a 20% stake in Blackout Communications according to the disclosure on the TFN.com site. Blackout Comm in turns owns TFN plus various other entities. On the TFN.com site it says Blackout Comm is a “MAJORITY” owner of TFN but in a previous press release it says that TFN is “WHOLLY OWNED” by Blackout Comm. Does Blackout COmm own 100% of TFN? Or a majority percentage? If a majority what is that percentage?
Secondly, Mike Garrow has said that TFN is pursuing talks with international cable/satellite companies (in the US, UK etc) which are a natural progression now that TFN is pretty much established here in Canada. When do you expect a contract to be signed? 2006 is pretty much over so do you think 1st quarter 2007 would be a good estimate? It would be expected that once 1 company signs TFN on, the rest would follow suit. The first one is always the most difficult because as I would think that there isn’t any precedent for the first company to fall back on.
Lastly, the blackoutmedia.com site shows coming soon (still). Do you have any plans of constructing a web site for investors to come to for up to date info?
Once again thanks in advance for answers to the above questions. If there is anything else you could provide me to better understand BKMP I would appreciate it. I look forward to good things for you and us the shareholders!
Paul
