Going to be interesting tomorrow with the principals foreclosure auction.
So far it isn't postponed. Usually the postponement was in a couple of days before. It can still be postponed, but if no announcement by today, I would imagine it's on.

I suppose if the bank doesn't want it, and nobody bids, it could be a normal postponement. I don't know all the rules and processes.

I guess the first clue the principals BK filings were delay tactics was stating he wasn't married or lived with anyone in the last 5 years.

Just checked and still active. But offices may not be open in Cal as yet this morning.
