If nothing is real here like you claim, they don't need to wait a month to put out their annual report. They could just create whatever numbers they want and submit right now.

It would be a fantastical, year long chain of B/S with very little gain for them due to low volume of shares changing hands to even attempt a ruse like this. And you know it.
