I’d agree if you are looking for long term capital growth. But you can still decide to flip and play. The issue is people investing their entire family saving here for 5-6 years expecting to become multimillionaires is where the gross misjudge comes from.

Just have fun. Be quick and enjoy the rides when they show up. Which they always do come back!
