If you recall not only was there a reverse split but they simultaneously increased the authorized shares to dilute more. This is and has always been a scam plain and simple. I can't believe how shareholders accept that they lied about giving a billion shares to his wife via the Royal Capital shell and reported it as an unrelated/unaffiliated investor. Not to forget outright giving her 30 million shares while DF sat in prison. How they actually believe anyone would loan a convicted felon millions with a foreclosed home and like a dozen lost lawsuits some from former employees is beyond me.
