NeLson33: I was not being critical of Kool Aid Man or anyone else. As I have previously posted before I would have thousands more in my Bank Account if I had listened to KAM sooner and not have been caught up in the hype. I only mentioned I was sorry if my questions had been previously addressed and I missed something.

I'm seeking accurate share info which should be of concern to us all. I don't have much faith in Josh Alper, especially after AMS and Betty Bot Bakery blew up in our faces. I also have a much longer history with BLDV than most of You on the board, and most likely higher losses as well. Many years ago I talked to John Q. Moaning on the phone at length and invested a lot more money based on my conversation with him. I lost most of that investment and found out later He was well aware at the time that BLDV was about to implode.

I have no doubt Josh Alper is trying to put together a viable company. What I need to know is how that will put money in my pockets months and years from now and in fellow investors pockets as well. There has been a few interesting developments of late such as talks of a merger and associations with other viable companies. That's why I am still here and hoping for a miracle turnaround in BLDV fortunes. I believe I have heard
similar plans of new opportunities, joint endeavors over the past 11 plus years and all have fallen by the wayside.

The real nagging concern I have is I don't think Josh has much respect for us shareholders. I can only hope like all of You He intends to share
any future success with shareholders.
