I don't think kneecapping management is the way forward. You know... cutting off your toes to spite your feet, or something like that.

One can only hope that management's interests correspond to ours (at least to some significant degree), after all, they'll make a lot more if the pps goes up than most posting here.

I assume that K.Berlin is doing everything possible to restore the company (why wouldn't he???). AND, he knows a lot more than posters hurtling accusations at him (or even the BOD) ad-nauseam.
