So now Black is Not involved and we have no idea who is taking over. The thing thats concerning is after the initial 3 million The Company (Hempwerk) will basically assume 100% ownership of all the extraction equipment as well as any other information aquired during this period. That would mean HMPQ will own nothing at the end.

Even though Sal would still own 51% of Hempwerk. The Shareholders would own 0%

Is that correct?
