I have invested a good portion in SPSO, and I would like to take some time to list the reasons why. I will also attempt to better explain what this company is, and where I think it is headed.


The company not long time ago took a procedure of RM and also change the ticker from $SNTL to $SPSO after FINRA approval.

Abit on the company, the company deals with solar energy, Green energy.
if there are two HOT topics in today market it will be CBD and Green energy!

Seeker Tec International Inc., management, following the recent reverse merger, relinquished control of the company to the management of Spectacular Solar, headed by CEO Doug Heck. Spectacular Solar is a diversified holding company involved in solar system installations, investment fund management and roofing contracting through its subsidiaries.

1)First, if there is a stock that I preferred to invest in is a good float size, and balanced MC compare to the SS.
Take an example of $SHMP, the OS is 285,771,034 the highest it reached was 0.9471 if you multiply this you will get MC of 270M$ that insane.
if you will take the OS of $SPSO 673,613,904 and multiply it buy the price of 0.1-0.2-0.3 you will first get 67M MC then 134M then 200M my assumption is that company worth around 100M by the financial result I calculated no do the math.

As you can see the float is updated to the 01/24/2019. I'm not sure what is the current float, I'm not here to cheat anyone, I'm here as researcher and investor in this stock. I have been followed this stock since the RM and the float was the same as now. no MAXM or any toxic MM

2. The second thing I look for is dilution. We all hate dilution for many obvious reasons. For those of you that do not know, Dilution is a result of a reduction in the ownership percentage of a company, or shares of stock, due to the issuance of new equity shares by the company. Dilution can also occur when holders of stock options, such as company employees, or holders of other optionable securities exercise their options.

When I looked at the 2, 10-Q that Spectacular Solar published I search for the Convertable Debt and it's clean!

3.NO TOXIC DEBT! This is another big one for me and it should be for you too. A lot of times in penny stocks there are convertible notes that have extreme conversion rates to enrich their holders. None here. Another HUGE GREEN FLAG.
On top of it when I looked at the 10K from 2016 on the last company I can see that the AS and the OS haven't changed at all! another sign for no dilution at all at this moment! take a look :

4. Management team: There is a new CEO Douglas Heck the CEO of Spectacular Solar, with a great reputation and facts from the field about a steady increase in revenues. of course, there is a great team behind and under him for example General Counsel: Matthew McMurdo IR: Gregory Boehmer.

this company is on their way to becoming current as you can see the chatting above via emails. they are taking out all the report SEC asking for. they are a growing company with good income and good vision!
there is no toxic debt therefor there is no dilution at all! Great float!
