Hi Stockscamalerter,

This was taken from the shareholder agreement dated September 7, 2017. I am confused by the statememt myself. The way I read it is after both HMPQ and Hempwerk make 3 million The Company (Hempwerk) becomes the sole owner of the vitalis L200 extractor.
