We own the mining concession since 2005, we leased to Bob and he passed his contract to Brad (without our consent), we had to go to court to terminate the contract since the rent and the royalties were unpaid.

We are locals, not chineese.

We own the full concession, both sides of the river.

The trommel was taken by the workers, since there were not paid either.
We control the rest of the blue equipment.

I understand the game is late, we are in for the mine and production, not necesarily CWRN.

We have the invertory for the ferlilizer, we never agreed with either Bob or Brad to take this out, that is why they never got the export permit at the end. There is 100,000 tons measured of this material, we don’t have a bussines plan for it at the moment, since either Bob or Brad necer disclosured the information.

We are just opening for bussines, we have no compromise with anybody at the moment.

As explained before, we have now new and clean permits on the mine, environmetal, land use and export.
We will mine with a proper geologist and mining engineer, no bag of magnets here, and no magic dog.
The area to be mined is untouched.
