NOBO list is a list that shows all the investors and the approximate number of shares they own. Any shares showing on the list that are not owned by investors are considered Naked shares (fake shares that were either falsely printed or borrowed as short shares but not covered as required). The MMs and brokers are usually responsible of buying back all the naked shares at market price and are supposed to wipe them out of their inventory as worthless because they traded fraudulent shares. This way, only the true, original shares of SFNN will be trading.IMO. This should create more interest and attention to out SFNN, and when the Earnings come out, our undervaluation will be corrected by market forces. I won't be surprised to see a $5 value when all is well said and done. Then we move to NASDAQ exhange where the big money and less manipulation is.
