BLDV Share Structure still unclear:

Thanks JPS02 for the info, I appreciate Your effort and the efforts of Kool Aid Man, WildNFree, Jeterman1, Emit, and other posters.

If I consider all the information posted than we all can assume there are around 5.8 Billion Shares Issued. The restricted A&B Shares could add another near 2 Billion shares total especially the shares that convert at a ratio of 1 to 10 so a ball park of 8 Billion shares could be in the mix ???

I'm not completely satisfied that the shares at DTC are currently counted as part of the 5.485 Billion.I assume they are but as I understand it the true current float is unknown at this time.

I hope this lack of info can be resolved shortly, as well as the Stop Sign being removed. I have personally lost quite a few thousands on BLDV but I try to remain hopeful and somewhat positive.

The number of Shares that will have to be accounted for makes me very uneasy with all the unknowns. Another sub penny stock I own went from 4 Billion Shares to 6 Billion overnight. My shares dropped more than 65 % almost overnight as well. I was able to buy more and average down my share cost but I'm still down 45% because of the dilution.

Does anyone know when all the pertinent information on BLDV will be disclosed?? Hopefully during the conference call. I have funds to buy more shares but not until these issues are resolved. GLTA and Thanks to the Posters for all they do!!
