Why would he just "liquidate " the SHLDQ shares? the media would have a field day with the many lawsuits, etc that ensued...
Lampert loves everything about this deal- he put it all together...
Hes not going to tarnish this by screwing a handful of "shareholders"
Lampert is going to make so much money on this and make a lot of people
money.
The only ones he dosent care about are the shorts (especially the "naked ones")
