Well Sherlock on Nov. 1, 2018 it was 20M for $4000 and also guess what else happened? Nov. 1, 2018 was also the day when Sipp was supposed to have agreed to 500K bridge loan. So we will have to wait until the next Q to find out if that kind of BS stops. But I agree sounds really fishy to me, I would of liked to pay $4000 for 20M shares. But also several of those pay offs occurred to the tune of 75M for $15000 over a 3 year period and the O/S is at 338M. We shall see going forward, there should not be any more back scratching.
