Excellent Clarification KAM:
Thank You Kool Aid Man for that awesome reply to my questions. I was mistakenly led to believe the shares held at DTC would not be returned to
the Treasury.

I agree that the total shares that will be issued may very well total 8 Billion once all is said and done. Some posters on this forum seem to have a lot of faith in Josh Alper, I don't trust him and having been a victim of John Q. Moaning.

You learn a lot of hard lessons investing in sub penny stocks. I recently bought around 10 million shares of stock in a company that actually is growing and making a profit. One reason I invested heavily was the fact the CEO put 1.7 million of his own money in the company. Someone did some research and found the CEO was repaying himself with generous interest from the company proceeds. My average cost per share was .0011 after I averaged down. Overnight the A/S increased from 4 Billion to 6 Billion shares without warning. A 50% increase in shares and yesterday they were selling from .0005-.0006. These CEO's can pretty much do as they please. I was surprised to hear the CEO does not own many shares, He uses the investors as a piggy bank and I would not be surprised if he issues another 2 Billion shares this year.
