The 2015 Epic License Agreement expires on June 4, 2020, and Epic has previously advised the Company of their desire to extend this agreement.

While discussions are ongoing, they are directly correlated to the regulatory status of SequestOx™.

Furthermore, there can be no assurances that the parties will reach mutual agreement to extend the term of this agreement and no assurances that the terms and conditions of the agreement will be similar in all material aspects in the event that the agreement is extended by mutual consent of the parties.
