Yeah sure looks like it... it looks like it’s time to throw in the towel.

FINRA has been alerted to cancel our shares upon completion of the second transaction when shareholders get paid FAIR MARKET VALUE or greater considering Sofinnova Partners’ break even price is $3.73 per share which they still own.
