$uwn As a shareholder--seeing that UWN is poised for a solid year-- I am in no hurry for management to sell. Right price--OK, but otherwise: hold off a year. There is a reason UWN is being pursued for purchase now: their books are solid--they are nearing point of having to stockpile cash as they are close to the minimum amount allowed for their bank loan. Looks like others in the industry see this as well-- and want to use last year's EBITA to determine sale price, and downplay the obvious positive growth EBITA heading forward.
