If there is no going concern and it has been satisfied, it is possible that Lampert may request to dismiss the BK, and just call it an internal reorganization.

Sure there are still creditors but agreements can be made to pay them off as he sells off the inventory and real estate.

Currently I see a lot of options that could happen... and leaving no stone unturned.
