“Direct compensation”, is a vague disclaimer. Common sense suggest huge position “written by an entry level compliance person”, an unconvincing “hype”. Is this a blog or even a verified company?

Which stock, are they selling or have bought in that general disclosure? If they were an institutional large enough to be “huge” we would see them on the fins and I’m fairly confident we don’t and won’t.
