Those figures are math juggling. 100% of on-line and 33% of regular brick and mortar sales does NOT add up to 66% of Yuengling's. They are two separate entities. If the on-line fails, then we still have 33% of the company.

You cannot average the two to come up with what appears to be a controlling interest in the company. That would be misleading and inaccurate.
