Still a chance for a "better" deal, sounds like their backs are against the wall and it's going to be either agree to terms or close your doors. No idea how this is to be paid for, seems like extreme dilution at these prices (or lower) would just be stupid and not a good move if Seamus really wants to redeem SH trust and get PPS up to a point where it can work for both the co & SHs. I think it's a decent sign we're only at 500M O/S. Hopefully Seamus has an ace or two up his sleeve that he plans to reveal soon. I feel this ticker is to the point of do or die- either going to blast off or they continue the tactics that got us here and bury this company once a for all. I'll go ahead and see it through tho w/ my smaller position this time around that I'm willing to risk. GLTA
