Must Read! $NICH With 6,019,644 million shares OS & PUBLICLY FREE TRADING SHARES of ONLY 2,298,979. This is now a Richard Chiang Custodianship stock. Look at post #12 on this board to see where the poster named "gumzsa" posted the actual Custodianship document as of 02/07/2019.

I tried my to figure out the closest share structure numbers using multiple sources but OTC Markets & the Latest 10Q and Lastest 10k from the old company were the best I could find from 2008 and 2007 respectively, This is now a new company forming. It is in "Custodianship" proceeding with a new owner trying to take over. Richard Chiang is about to get control of this empty shell through his company named "Corporate Compliance". It is due to get a final disposition and I expect Richard Chiang to be the new owner by the latest March 20, 2019 according to the court records on this board in "Post #12 by gumzsa" which shows the court document.
Heres the latest numbers from OTCMarkets and the latest SEC Filings using the SEC 10K & 10Q. I don't have any reason to think the share numbers have changed since this shell went dormant in 2008. The numbers from OTCMarkets.com include their last 10Q SEC filing from July 15th, 2008 and the latest 10K in 12/21/2007 which is what numbers were I am using, Remember they went "dormant in 2008' and i don't see a transfer agent to call for updated numbers.
So next you will see below, I found the number of insider/company shares owned in their last SEC 10K that they filed and I found that insiders own 3,711,200 shares as of 12/21/2007. Those are from the latest 10K & 10Q to get that specific information here.

OTCMarkets.com shows the OS shares also at 6,019,644 as of 07/15/2008. I did a doublecheck on OTCMarkets.com and the latest SEC filings to get the numbers right.
